When you use the free AI conversation on our homepage, we collect what you tell it: your name, contact information, and answers about your business. If you submit our contact form, we collect what you put in it. If you email us, we collect your email address and message. If you browse the site, we collect standard analytics data — pages visited, approximate location, device and browser.
We use the AI-conversation data to generate your custom recommendation and to follow up with you. We use contact-form submissions to reply to you. We use analytics to understand what's working on the site and improve it. We don't sell your data to anyone. We don't share it with advertisers. We don't use it to train public AI models.
Your data is accessible to the Calibrate team working directly on your engagement. We use third-party services to operate the site and respond to you: hosting (Netlify), AI conversation (Anthropic's Claude), email delivery (SendGrid), and CRM (Airtable). Each of these processors has its own privacy policy and security posture.
Conversation transcripts and recommendations are kept as long as you are a prospect or client, and for up to two years after. You can request deletion at any time by emailing hello@calibrategroup.ai.
You can request a copy of the data we hold on you, correct it, delete it, or ask us to stop processing it. Just email hello@calibrategroup.ai and we'll handle it within 30 days.
We use minimal cookies: one for the site's functional preferences and one for analytics. We don't use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.
If we update this policy, the "last updated" date at the top will change and material changes will be highlighted on the homepage for 30 days.
